Gym Leader: WeepAngel - "The Blind Rockstar"

Background: 

     WeepAngel loved rock-n-roll music from a

very young age partly due to the fact that he was

blind. As his love for music grew, so did his love

for normal pokemon with their affinity for

sound-based moves. As he grew up, WeepAngel's

love for rock and savvy for normies turned him

into one of the world's most talented rockstars.

Nowadays, he runs the Jamming Gym and

Concert Hall out of Venice in the Second Roman

Republic. Trainers rockin' enough to grace his

halls are in for an earsplitting show.
